1. Presentation of the site

This site is published by InvestxCommunity, a sole proprietorship located in Val-d'Oise (95), France.

The site is hosted and powered by Wix.com.

2. Purpose of the T&Cs

The purpose of these General Conditions of Use and Sale (CGUV) is to define the terms of access and use of the site as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase or subscription to paid services (ebooks, guides, spreadsheets, analyses, member access).

Any use of the site implies full and complete acceptance of the T&Cs.

3. Services offered

The site offers:

  • Free blog articles related to investment (SCPI, crowdfunding, real estate token)

  • Paid content accessible by subscription: ebooks, guides, spreadsheets, project analyses

  • An informative (non-commercial) newsletter

Offers are reserved for adults and legally capable persons.

4. Subscription and member area

Access to certain content is reserved for members who have subscribed to a paid subscription. The subscription grants access, for its validity period, to all the resources offered in the member area.

Payment terms:

  • Payment is made online using the methods offered by Wix (credit card, PayPal, etc.)

  • The subscription is personal, non-transferable and non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure or proven malfunction of the service.

Right of withdrawal:

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

All content available on the site (text, images, videos, downloadable documents, etc.) is the exclusive property of InvestxCommunity or its partners. Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Protection of personal data

The personal data collected (surname, first name, email address) are necessary for:

  • Subscription management

  • Sending the newsletter

  • Access to the member area

In accordance with the GDPR, you can access, rectify or delete your data at any time by contacting us at objectif.immorenta@gmail.com .

No data is transmitted to third parties without prior consent.

7. Responsibilities

The InvestxCommunity website does not guarantee the profitability of the investments discussed in its content. The information provided is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice.

8. Applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the publisher's domicile, unless otherwise provided by law.
